It was my first time at Saks Aberdeen and Amy was recommended by a friend. She made me feel so welcomed from the start. I had a specific haircut that I wanted and showed Amy some photos of it. She recreated the exact look and somehow made it look better and suitable for me! Her expertise shines through as she recommended a certain length for face framing which suited my face. Amy was incredibly professional, efficient and fast! I was so impressed! We had a lovely chat and her passion for her job was very evident. Would 100 percent recommend the lovely, professional Amy to everyone :) The whole experience was very relaxing and everyone was lovely. Special thanks to Georgia for a therapeutic hair wash :)

Relaxing and great service because he's friendly to talk and help answer questions, knows what he's doing, not pushy on saling products but let his styling result show how convincing it is to buy the products there. Worth the money to experience his expertise that shows on my hair and boosts my confidence. I wanna have it cut, but keep it long with some styling. I got what I wanted realistically. Love it. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist made me feel so welcome and made me feel like a valued customer. The salon has such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Shelly was fantastic - she really listened to what I wanted and gave me a gorgeous bob that feels fresh, healthy and about 10x lighter.
